At Midwest Prospect, we are dedicated to helping every young athlete achieve their athletic dream in whatever way we can. In doing so, we offer athletes the ability to create a profile on our website that hundreds of coaches around the country have access to. Not only will the athlete have a profile on the website, but they will also be given a link to their profile which they can send to whatever coach or program they are interested in.  In order to create the profile, the athlete must go through the registration process. This is a very simple, 4-step process. First, the athlete must read, check each box, and sign the Terms & Conditions that are listed below. IF THE ATHLETE IS UNDER THE AGE OF 18, A PARENT OR GUARDIAN MUST SIGN IN ADDITION TO THE ATHLETE. Secondly, the payment of $165 (tax-included) will be submitted. After your payment goes through, you will then be directed to the Profile Creation form. The athlete must fill out all of the required fields in order to move onto the final step of the registration process. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT THE ATHLETE PROVIDES ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR ALL FIELDS. Lastly, the athlete must submit a profile picture and be given instructions on how to submit raw video of themselves completing a sports workout. At that time your registration will be complete and we will then professionally edit the video for you and include it with the profile. If you are unsure of how to make the video, you may visit our “Suggested Angles” tab that can provide you with some guidelines on how to go about recording the athlete.  If you have any questions or problems with the registration process, please do not hesitate to reach out and contact us. Terms and Agreements – Version 1.0 - 2/26/20  

 Midwest Prospect, LLC does not guarantee viewership, school contact, or scholarship offers from colleges/universities

 Midwest Prospect, LLC has the right to use footage of the participant for marketing and social media usage

 Midwest Prospect, LLC has the right to release the participants college commitment (if applicable)

 Participants do not have the right to use Midwest Prospects trademarks, logos, or other brand features

 By providing an email, the participant gives Midwest Prospect consent to send website related notices

 Participant gives Midwest Prospect the right to send content and make it available for others

 Participants cannot post video created by Midwest Prospect, LLC on other websites without the written consent of Midwest Prospect, LLC at its sole discretion

 Midwest Prospect, LLC reserves the right to remove or refuse any contentat all times

 Participants shall receive no royalties

 Midwest Prospect, LLC is not liable for failure, interruption, or error in respect to the website

 If participant is under the age of 18, the parent of the participant gives Midwest Prospect, LLC the consent to use their athlete on the website
